Boof Toys Monthly Competition Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Boof Toys Monthly Competition. By entering your email address or tagging us on social media, you have a chance to win a free dog toy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are eligible to participate and understand the rules of the competition.

• The benefactor of this draw is Boof Toys, a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

• The competition is open to residents of the United States of America who are 18 years old or over. Employees of Boof Toys, their families, agents, or any third party associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

• Entry into the competition is free, and no purchase is necessary.

• To participate in the competition, individuals have two options. Please note that only one entry per person will be accepted.

  • Provide a valid email address. Only one email entry per person will be allowed.

  • Follow us on social media and tag @booftoys or #booftoys (with a photo of your dog and the Domut.

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any other rules and guidelines provided by Boof Toys.

• The prize for the competition is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Boof Toys reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner of the competition will be selected at random on the first of every month. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Boof Toys reserves the right to select another winner.

• By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their email address to Boof Toys for the sole purpose of being contacted about the prize draw and for any future marketing communications and product updates. Participants can opt-out of these marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.

• Boof Toys will not be responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

• Boof Toys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to cancel, alter, or amend the competition, without prior notice.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

• By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Boof Toys, its affiliates, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, for any loss, harm, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

• The decision of Boof Toys in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all participants.

• By participating in the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood the privacy policy of Boof Toys.
